I met Edridge in the tiny village of Bunyaruguru in Uganda near to Ndali Lodge looking out over the craters of a series of extinct volcanoes. The very heavy rain meant it was too dangerous to continue on the motorbikes, so we spent the night camping in the lodge gardens and Edridge came to find out what all the excitement was about.
