I built Discovr using FlickrPHP and the Flickr API. The site allows you to do a keyword search for images across Flickr. But it doesn’t just return images that are tagged with your keyword, it returns all of the associated keywords for those images. So, in a way, it helps you to explore the tags to refine your search and even research locations or associated images.
